When someone finds out at first about co-creation and Law of Attraction, they often ask, where to start, and what actions to take now.
My answer to that question is:
What do I mean with that?
1.. Become active in focusing on what is in your life right now, really look for all the things you have, all the positive experiences your life has and is filled with, and collect them - Appreciation
2. Keep a gratitude journal and start today! Write a gratitude journal in any form you feel comfortable with, for example in prayer form, or by starting with the sentence: "Right now, I am grateful that I have...." - Gratitude
3. Have fun! Do what feels good to you. Play with the kids in the yard, sing loudly in the shower, watch funny movies! Anything that uplifts you and brings you into a really good mood. If you like to listen to uplifting music, do so! - Joy
Now you have a place to start from, where you can take actions, and feel like you are doing something. There are many more steps to this process, but begin here. Relax. The fastest way to attract anything positive in your life, is by following these three steps.
